Build a slide deck outline before writing any slides

I need to build a presentation and want to start with the outline before writing any slides.

Produce a slide-by-slide outline, not slide content. For each slide give: a number, a working title written as a full-sentence claim (not a topic label), one line on what the slide must prove or show, and an estimated time in minutes. Budget roughly one to two minutes per content slide and keep the total inside my time limit.

Structure the outline so that reading the titles top to bottom works as a complete argument on its own. Open with the situation and the tension, put the main recommendation or takeaway no later than slide three, then support it, then close with the specific ask or next step.

Flag any slide where you had to guess at facts I did not provide, and list the questions I need to answer before drafting content. Do not write bullets or speaker notes yet — I will approve or edit the outline first, then ask you to draft the slides.
